Getting Started

To take advantage of our online storefront you will need to create a login with your email address. To do so, you will need to be a customer with Safeware and provide your customer code that we have on account for you. If you know your customer code and want to create a login, CLICK HERE

Adding items to your online Shopping Cart

To create an order, you will need to add items to your online Shopping Cart and submit your order for processing. There are three ways you can add items to your Shopping Cart:

1. Product Search - You can search our online product line by entering your search criteria in the search box in the upper right corner of your web browser.
   
2. Use our online Shopping Lists to save items and add them directly to your shopping cart without searching for them online. You can create your own Shopping List or use one that we provide to add items directly to your cart with a click of the button. To view all your Shopping Lists, go to the My Account page HERE, or create your own personal Shopping List HERE.
3. Browse our online catalog. Our inventory is displayed in an easy to use Online Catalog drill down. To begin navigating through our catalog click the Links on the left side of our site, below Item Categories.

Checking Out your Shopping Cart

Once you have your order in your Shopping Cart you are 3 clicks away from sending us your order.

1. Shopping Cart Checkout - Follow the instructions in your Shopping Cart to proceed with your order and click the checkout button to continue.
2. Provide Shipping Information - Next you will be asked to complete our Shipping and Billing form. Once finished click submit order.
3. Review Your Order - The last page of your checkout is our Order Summary page. Please review the information on this page and click submit order if you wish to process the order

You will receive a confirmation email confirming your order and information.

Your Safeware Shopping Lists

Shopping lists are an easy way to organize lists of frequently purchased items to expedite your shopping process. Use our online Shopping Lists to save items and add them directly to your shopping cart with one click of a button. You can create your own shopping lists or use the ones we have created for you. Click the links below to access your Shopping list information:

YOUR PERSONAL SHOPPING LIST

Your PERSONAL SHOPPING LISTS are your lists that you create and only viewable under your email login

ACCOUNT SHOPPING LIST

Your ACCOUNT SHOPPING LISTS are specific to your company and created by us to assist your shopping process. They are located on the My Account page of the site

Using the Quick Order Pad

Do you order some products so regularly that you know the product code off the top of your head? Then the Quick Order Pad feature is for you!

How it works:

1. Log into your account.

2. Open the Quick Order pad by clicking the icon.

3. Type in the item/product code and quantity you require and click submit. Products will automatically be added to your shopping cart in the quantities you specified. You are ready to checkout!
